ÁNANDA MÁRGANAIROBI SECTOR · AFRICATHE PATH OF BLISS
Ánanda means bliss. Márga means path.
Ananda Marga brings spiritual practice and social responsibility together. Its approach to life recognises our physical, mental and spiritual needs—and the connection between individual fulfilment and the welfare of the wider world.
Meditation, yoga and ethical living support inner development. Service puts that outlook into practice through education, care and community action.

SPIRITUAL COMMUNITY
Collective meditation brings people together for spiritual practice. In Ananda Marga, these gatherings are known as Dharmacakra.

Ananda Marga’s universalism recognises all beings as part of one cosmic family. This outlook embraces people across differences of nationality, culture and belief, and extends care to animals, plants and the environment.
Schools, children’s homes, healthcare, disaster relief and community development give practical expression to this ideal. Local participation and the development of people’s own resources are central to the work.
OUR SHARED PURPOSE
Spiritual growth and social responsibility belong together.
