Durban region is the whole Southern part of Africa and includes beside South Africa itself also Swaziland, Lesotho, Namibia and Botswana.

This page has just started and over time it will be expanded with information on all our projects here. The addresses of our centers, times of Dharmacakras (Group meditation). retreats and other events. Also general information on each of the countries can be included. I will depend partially on the cooperation of those who work with me in this region. Please feel free to send me information so I can include it. Also write me if you like to be notified of any updates of this site. If you have ideas how to improve this site or like to help please be welcome and contact me.
